Frankie was an original Lindy Hopper from the Savoy Ballroom, and a dancer and choreographer for the world famous professional Lindy Hop troupe Whitey's Lindy Hoppers. Frankie, along with fellow Whitey's members Al Minns and Norma Miller, helped teach an entire new generation of dancers how to Lindy Hop during the swing revival of the 1990s/2000s, and earned the title the Ambassador of Lindy Hop.
