October Solo Jazz (Week Two)

This series focuses on the unique moves of Beginner Solo Jazz with your teacher, Olya!

Solo Jazz is a vibrant, rhythm-driven dance class that explores classic jazz steps like the Suzie Q, Charleston, and Shorty George. Expect a mix of warm-ups, technique, musicality drills, and short choreographies, all rooted in the swing and jazz traditions. No partner needed — just your energy, curiosity, and love for movement.

Your class fee includes free admission to our Practice Dance that starts at 8pm right after class! Let’s practice those new moves!

• Class run from 6pm-7pm, every Tuesday
• This is a series class. Please plan to come the whole month!
• Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure time for parking and shoe changing.
• Please bring clean shoes that won’t track in grit or leave black heel marks.
• Parking is limited; plan to park on nearby streets and walk to the North Star Hall at 20 Crowley Street.
